Responsible as an intermediate engineer for the planning and design of water treatment, pumping and storage, and wastewater pumping, treatment and disposal projects.
Class Environmental Assessments; feasibility studies; technical analysis and reports; water distribution and sewage collection system modeling; conceptual design; final design and preparation of contract documents; cost estimates; and applications for permits and approvals.
Contract administration and inspection tasks may also be assigned.
P.Eng. with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a Consulting Engineering environment.
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical, design and technical report writing skills.
Ability to work in a team structure.
Project management experience would be an asset.
Experience in conducting municipal Class EA studies for water and wastewater projects.
Familiarity with relevant provincial legislation and regulations and MOE policies and guidelines.
