Supporting end users and interface issues with JDE E1 and 3rd party software.
Providing daily support of JDE Financial modules which include General Accounting; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Address Book.
Providing daily support of Integrations between JDE E1 Financials with Credit Card (ePayment) Applications.
Providing daily support of Integrations between JDE E1 Financial Applications with JDE E1 Distribution Applications (Purchasing; Inventory; and Sales Order Processing).
Trouble shooting assigned IT Cases (Service Desk) providing direction for work a rounds, corrections and enhancements. Document resolutions on case notes. Communicate with users to find solution to Case.
Documenting requirement and/or enhancements prior to any development work.
Creating Requirement Spec documents for any new modifications and/or enhancements requested by end-user community.
Presenting requirements documentation to end-users and IT Management for signoff for software development.
Assist in creating custom objects, menus, and versions for user testing.
Creating test scripts for end-user testing and documentation of new enhancements.
Creating and development SQL Statements for database corrections when needed.
Reporting status and progress of assigned case, task and project via IT Service Desk and Project Management tools.
Experience: 3-plus years' experience in JDE Enterprise One 8.11 or later with E1 Tools/OMW 8.98 or later; SQL; Microsoft Office Suite.
Additionally, 1-plus years' experience in JDE Enterprise One 9.2 or later and E1 Tools 9.2 or later.
Experience in Integrations between JDE E1 and Credit Card Processing applications.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology; Computer Science; Business Administration; Commerce or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding / experience in financial bookkeeping.
JDE Financial Management Certification.
Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher; Oracle UPK.
Knowledge of Credit Card Processors Monneris; Bluepay; other.
Knowledge of Snapay (CDI); EASYProcess (K-RISE).
Knowledge of development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Ability to effectively present information to groups and to function effectively in team environments.
Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
