DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

NetSuite Development

  • Leverage existing NetSuite experience to help setup and improve NetSuite processes, including workflow design and process mapping
  • Automate workflow processing, through use of NS workflows and scripts
  • Maintain and improve existing SiteBuilder websites, integrating new functionality as required
  • Complete and maintain website-specific information for new and existing items, including loading item images, web descriptions, setting up categories, information items and all other website requirements, both within NetSuite and within non-integrated external websites
  • Troubleshoot and remedy any system-related business issues
  • Work with users to construct effective business reports for both internal and client reporting purposes
  • Assist in NetSuite Product setup and .csv data file loading
  • Configure and distribute standardized role-based NetSuite dashboards
  • Update inventory and other categorical data for better system usability and reporting
  • Serve as a key point of contact for technical and use issues between users, vendors and other development contractors
  • Provide end user training on NetSuite and systems items
  • Document customizations and derived procedures and processes
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, data migration, deployment and monitoring across multiple departments
  • Assist in peripheral hardware solutions and setup
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Systems Integration

  • Work with web commerce systems to integrate external websites with NetSuite
  • Integrate and maintain data feeds from 3rd party aggregators and/or industry suppliers
  • Keep and maintain master business data lists for reporting and data integrity
  • Implement and maintain QA integrity for business systems including documentation

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Proficient in NetSuite UI administration and SiteBuilder integration and configuration
  • Experience with using forms, fields, custom records and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite
  • Experience in system customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and/or SuiteBundler for NetSuite a plus
  • Experience with integrating Netsuite with third party systems
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to relate our business needs to practical application
  • Understanding of product distribution processes and systems.
  • Superb communication, documentation, training and leadership skills
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office suite of products
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML and other programming languages (HTML knowledge of basic tags as a minimum)
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred
  • Significant experience in administration and configuration of NetSuite
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Scheduling and project management aptitude
  • Ability to manipulate and polish data sets
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for, and experience with, ecommerce and websites
  • Insatiable need to learn new skills/software/trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Required education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical field
  • Required experience: 2 years' experience in Netsuite administration
