Drafting of reference documents, reviewing existing documentation (business processes, user guides, test plans, documentation of systems and procedures) and proposing changes to facilitate user training and integration of new processes and new technologies within operations.
Organize information sessions and popularize the functionality of the company's computer systems to help employees use the information systems.
Analyze current business / business processes as needed and identify ways to improve them.
Assist users in assessing and planning the workload associated with projects.
Plan and coordinate project implementation phases, from process and application analysis to implementation of new solutions or collaborate with the IT development team to deploy solutions.
Perform any other duties required by his or her employment or requested by his or her immediate supervisor
5 to 7 years of relevant business needs analysis experience.
Relevant experience writing business needs.
Good experience with ERP and WMS systems, BI tools and the Office suite.
Be familiar with the different stages of the IT development process, from needs analysis to implementation of solutions.
Knowledge of the AS400 environment, an asset
Experience in the field of distribution.
Bilingualism both oral and written
Able to have a global vision of business issues, a sense of analysis and a spirit of synthesis.
Excellent communication skills, listening skills to understand business needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
Ability to influence, convince and initiate required changes.
Tact and diplomacy.
